At this year’s SATTE Delhi, sustainability is present in everything. It is a full-scale business engine. From February 25–27, the Travel Expo will turn Yashobhoomi into a marketplace where eco-innovation combines with funding, data and distribution.
Where Green Meets Growth
Start-ups and small tourism ventures often struggle to connect with buyers who value sustainability. SATTE 2026 fixes that. Over 35,000 pre-filtered trade visitors (tour operators, OTAs, corporate buyers) will be matched through the SATTE app using sustainability tags. Sellers of low-carbon travel products get direct access to RFP-holders who’ve already checked the “eco” box.
Buyers now demand numbers, not narratives. That’s why the show’s knowledge theatres will feature sessions like “Turning ESG Metrics into Sales Tools”, plus plug-and-play dashboards that auto-calculate post-tour CO₂ and waste data. Green certifications can also get expensive, so SATTE partners with GSTC, Green Key and Travelife to run on-site 30-minute certification clinics with discounted audit slots.
Money, Matchmaking & Momentum
The Green Innovation Zone levels the playing field, uniform, recycled-aluminium booths signal credibility and reduce costs. Venture capital funds focused on impact and SDG-linked tourism assets will attend the Impact Investor Pitch Hub, with $50 million earmarked for eco-lodges, conservation DMCs and community tourism projects across India and South Asia.
Beyond the Booth
Expect demos of solar-electric houseboats, IoT waste-weighing bins and blockchain-based village-ledger pilots. Add FAMs in Sabah and Northeast India, and micro-grants for eco-trekking models in Uttarakhand, and you’ve got a 360° ecosystem.
SATTE 2026 transforms sustainability into scalability. For every green entrepreneur, this travel fair is the place where purpose and profit coincide.
